On or about 121900 February 2012, personnel of ICPS3 and Traffic Section responded to a police assistance re Traffic Accident that transpired at Santa Felomina, Iligan City. A Mitsubishi L300 FB bearing Plate No. KDM-371 registered under the name of Radya A Salam Foundation Inc of Iligan City. Driven by Nasser Obalan Y Peralta, 46 yrs old, married, resident of 5th St, Marawi City was traveling following Andres Bonifacio Avenue., Sta Felomina, Highway heading towards North. Upon reaching at the aforesaid place, said vehicle maneuvered to left to follow a road leading to Bayug, Iligan City but while on the process the right side rear portion of said vehicle was accidentally sideswiped and hit by the rear right side portion of a Mitsubishi Fuzo Fighter Wingvan /Six Wheeler Truck color white bearing Plate Nr. RFJ 604,  driven by still unidentified person which was in the process of maneuvering a right turn from a road leading to Bayug. The driver of the Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter had abandoned the said vehicle after the accident. 

On or about 070945 February 2012, base on information from BIN informant of the presence of a suspected robbery/hold-up personality, elements of Iligan City Police Station 5 led by PSINSP OSWALDO R TONGSON, JR ICPS 5 Deputy Station Commander for Admin were able to arrest Romulo De La Cruz y Tsukimata aka “mol-Mol” of legal age, single, jobless and a resident of Badeles Street, Poblacion Iligan City. Said suspect was caught while in the act of stealing a cellphone inside the house of Suharto Usman y Lukman, 46 years old, married, businessman a resident of Zone 8, Cocogrove, Poblacion, Iligan City.

On 140500 October 2011, PCSUPT JUFEL CORPUS ADRIATICO, Regional Director of PRO 10, personnel of Iligan City Police Office including five (5) Police Stations and Iligan City Public Safety Company (ICPSC) led by PSSUPT CELSO GOMERA REGENCIA, City Director, participated in the run for unity, peace and progress.  The activity started with stretching exercises followed by army dozen exercises and the run proper.

Starting point was at Iligan City Plaza passing to the major city streets and converged back at Iligan City Public Plaza for a short program.   During the program, PCSUPT ADRIATICO emphasized the importance of unity, core values of the PNP, crime prevention, 10 Points Agenda of the Chief PNP physical fitness of every PNP personnel and the importance of community participation in the fight against criminality.   Said activity was participated by more or less One Thousand (1,000) individuals composed of different barangay officials, members of BPATs, CVO/Tanod, Iligan City government employees and different Anti-Crime Group/Force Multipliers of the PNP.  

On 131800 October 2011, PCSUPT ADRIATICO and party arrived at Iligan City Hall for courtesy call to the City Mayor Hon Lawrence Lluch Cruz and some members of the City Council succeeded by a short TV and Radio interview by the members of Iligan Media men.
